Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the HEC ASIP 2025-26 program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Only PhD students enrolled in public sector universities in Pakistan are eligible.
The research synopsis or proposal must be approved by the university’s competent authorities (Ethical Review Board, Advanced Studies & Research Board, etc.).
Applications must be submitted at least 12 weeks before the planned sample analysis.
Students may apply only for tests that are not available at their own university or institute.
Each supervisor can recommend up to four (04) applications per fiscal year.
